HANDLING
All seafood must be handled in a clean and a temperature-controlled area to avoid cross- contamination. With our 100% refrigerated loading docks, our 6 doors with levelers and sealers we will always ensure your product never breaks the cold chain and always maintains the highest standards.
Every load is always handled using appropriate equipment and under current safety, hygiene and environmental standards ensuring that you can always have access to the products immediately for your check-up, quality inspections and subsequent transfer. Our QC Department is always available for inspections and to make sure your product is always to your standards.
COOLER STORAGE
Our warehouse is always maintained clean and fully organized by designated Our strategically located Cold Storage come equipped with ideal temperature parameters for your precious goods; typically within the range of 32° to 40° Fahrenheit. Depending on your commodity’s specific needs. We are flexible and agile in our operations to ensure that we can match your pace as your needs change with seasonal demand. Think of us as an efficient pitstop in your race against time.
Our team using our innovative software will provide detailed documentation at receiving, shipping and throughout the process to make sure your shipping orders and inventories are always correct. fast and accurate.
FREEZER STORAGE
We offers end-to-end cold services at our fully racked temperature-controlled cold storage warehouse. We provide large-scale refrigerated storage and cold storage distribution for food manufacturers and importers and exporters.
With a fully racked cold storage warehouse, Igloo Exchange offers a range of comprehensive services including Freezer Storage and refrigerated storage.
PROCESSING
We have skilled labor with years of experience that are trained in the handling of seafood. No job is too small or too big. Our goal is to provide an efficient service with the highest quality for our customers, always using the best tools and latest technology machinery, including full automated Salmon filleting line, automated portioning machine, continuous vacuum packing and continuous skin pack machine

TRADING / LOGISTICS
We are located 16 minutes from the Miami International Airport. Transfer times to our facilities are very small. We have designated trucks for every load and we ensure that all airport pickups are done in a timely manner.
